You may not be able to see it, but everyone else can...

You are always progressing, moving forward,

Facing challenges, learning, learning, learning.

But do you really understand your own capacity?

Do you see the level you are playing on?

If you don't, chances are, you will be wasting time on people who aren't your market,

Who don't understand what you do or the quality you bring,

Who quibble at every invoice they get from you.

Funny thing is, everybody else seems to know your capacity before you do,

When you finally sack your troublesome client, it's no surprise to them at all,

They just weren't going to tell you, what they saw,

Someone who'd grown to the next level, who simply didn't know.

Someone who'd outgrown them long ago, someone who didn't know their own value.

...that's why punching above your weight saves a lot of time...and money.

And it also keeps you in perpetual forward motion.

If you are comfortable, you probably are stagnating.
