Why a coach rarely gives advice


Well, the first reason is that nobody really want's advice - especially if they don't ask for it.

Even if they do, oftentimes they haven't done the good quality thinking,

needed to get your client to the place where they can hear and understand 

and be able to use the advice in their own situation.

And the second reason, which is the main reason, is;

That if you have done a good job as a coach,

Then they won't need your advice.

Renounce your habits of giving advice and

embrace asking a better quality question.
