Be Strong.

Make the decision.

You can't afford the alternative.

Make an inventory of the thoughts and feelings in the back of your mind.

Put them aside.

Take a big deep breath.

Focus, focus, focus on what you are moving forward to. Define clearly what you are working toward.

Take a breath and face your challenges. Write them down. Look at them.

Create a list of options for dealing with each of them - include the long shots as well. New Zealands Commander of Armed Forces says "Having no options is not an option!"

Then, one by one, choose your pathway forward and start to build your plan.

Then put it into action with courage and determination.

That's how you be strong.

Keep breathing and above all, ....don't panic!
