Fear is a liar and my biggest enemy

False Expectations Appearing Real.

That's how it is really - I mean really!

And you and I both know its true, but try and tell us that when we are well and truly on the roller coaster of fear once it gets going.

And you know that the trick is not to let the fear get to that stage, to nip it in the bud, to fight for your clear, peaceful rational state of mind.

But once you buy your ticket and get on board, the ride begins and usually there's no getting off it!

You get thrown all over the place, it's got nothing to do with reality, it's a bunch of feelings stampeding out of the gate into town!

It exhausts you, it disempowers you and you end up looking like a turkey!

Not only that, it leaves you jumpy and vulnerable in the face of whatever challenge confronts you.

Keep your fears on a short leash - transform them into feelings of love and strength - keep them close to you and don't let them rule you!
