Sadly, it's true - the first sign of stress is denial - and that covers up your emotional state, usually long enough for fatigue, being run down, not concentrating and starting to make unresourceful decisions to take hold of us.
...and the usual law of awareness applies - "as soon as you admit that you are in denial, you start having choice in the matter!" (- remember AA? "I am an alcoholic!")
So, in the interests of keeping you strong today - here's my question:
"What are you going to do to de-stress yourself today? - right now?"
