The Education Estalishment thinks differently to Socrates.

You know, in the mainstream education, there are different stages of competency, 

moving from:

"Unconscious Incompetency" to

"Conscious Incompetency"

To "Conscious Competency"

.....through to Unconscious Competency"

However, in the coaching process, you often find yourself moving from "Unconscious Competency" to "Conscious Competency"
