Its much better to be high energy than to run on your adrenaline

 Build your capacity for high energy.

It takes exercise, nutrition, supplementation and whatever else you can do to keep your energy high.

That way you can be calm & cool at the coalface, finding your own brilliance and dancing with your own great solutions to the problems you encounter.

On the other hand, if you run on your adrenaline, if you rely on this fiery and unpredictable source of energy, that reduces your judgement and carries you away high octane bursts of energy, you never know when you will burn out or who is talking to you: your inner muse...or the adrenaline.
