This morning we tried a new local café that that a barista training centre attached.

The coffee was remarkable.  The service was extraordinary.

The owner told us that he taught baristas that their next cup of coffee they made always has to be the best cup of coffee they had ever made.

Imagine that, making coffee every time like your life depended upon it.
