I just delivered a Mediation Training session to 17 & 18 year olds in my son's school.
The topic was "Active Listening" and the students were like sharp & alert sponges soaking up the stuff I think about and use every day.
The realisation for me was how different anyone's life would be, knowing the power of a good question and how to deal with conflict in a constructive way. This stuff is life-changing.
It was a rewarding and humbling experience.
