• Care – you don’t care how much we know until you know how much we care. We respect and care for our client’s abilities, resourcefulness and vision for their successful future.
• Always ask a better question – Take the questions your client is asking themselves and ask a better question to help your client to think and act more resourcefully.
• Deliver Clarity – Clarity leads you to power, action and innovation.  We always seek clarity for our clients.
• What you measure, you manage, you get done. – measuring progress is key to building momentum in business – We constantly measure everything we are building capacity in.
• Regular Planning – is the key to maintaining focus in short sharp bursts of energy, resources and activity.  We manage and maintain the rhythm and practice of regular planning.
• Have the courage to tell the truth – when everyone else is being polite or simply withholding the truth, we have the courage to tell the truth.
• We are responsible for adding value – whenever the opportunity to add value occurs, our greatest priority in that moment is to deliver that value.
• Maintain Client Balance – people in overwhelm are not resourceful, don’t think properly and don’t make sound decisions.  We keep our clients out of overwhelm and encourage them to maintain resourceful emotional and thinking attitudes.
