What we do as Coaches - really!


“First support your client with Awareness to the
place of ‘Clarity’
then gain Commitment,
and from this place offer Guidance,
which has come from
knowledge, credibility and
first hand experience.

The highest value a coach can bring to their client is the gift of clarity.

Then they can ask themselves the questions:

( - What’s the issue? - How did I get there?
- Where am I headed?
- What’s needed to move there?
- What are my options and next steps? )”
