A good question to ask yoursefl

...and one to be ruthlessly honest about.

The question is:

Are you a person of your word?

Can you be trusted to keep your word if you say you will do something by a certain time to a certain standard?

Most of us assume that we are people of our word.

But how do you know this?

A good way to do this is to keep a "keeping my word" audit - a week is a good time.

Note every promise you make and tick it off when or if you keep it.

Stick to your promises to the people around you.  Do your chores, maintain your responsiblities.

Stick to your promises to your society. Stick to the road rules consciously. stay within the speed limit.  Catch up on your taxes etc.

Stick to your promises to yourself.  Maintain your eating discipline.  See to your teeth.  Address any physical problem.  Go see your doctor for a check up.

Kapish?

Spend a week holding yourself accountable to your word and keep records.
