Seven questions winners ask themselves at the end of their First Quarter.

Acknowledging your first quarter will help you clear your thinking, bank your learnings & achievements and allow you to fully focus on your second quarter.  Ask yourself these questions to set yourself up for some winning thinking for your second quarter.

Remember - your second quarter needs to stand on the shoulders of your first quarter!

  • What was the THEME of your first quarter?  Just like every movie or story has a theme, so your business quarter has a theme - some examples are: "Getting out of the gates with great speed" "Growth in my business and myself"  "Painful completion, leading to a brand new start"  What was your theme? Write it down.
  • What were your achievements?  List them.
  • What were your failures, disappointments and things that didn't pan out the way you wanted? List them.
  •  What have you learned from your first business quarter? List them
  • What do you need to say to be complete with your first quarter, to put it behind you.  Write it down.
  • What is going to be the theme of your second quarter?  Write it down.
  • What are you going to do differently/better this quarter?  Write it down.

This is only the beginning. Get to know clarity. Email me, Mike Kennedy...
