Your three Business Marriages
Without these marriages, the success you have achieved so far would not be possible.
Without these relationships, your reach and your impact would be a fraction of what you've been able to create.
Without these relationships, your level of fulfilment and satisfaction would pale in comparison to what you experience every day in your business.
It’s time to be aware and grateful every day for what you have been able to create through your three marriages in your business.
Your marriage to your business vision.
This is your passion and commitment to achieving your business vision. If you don't have a vision, then you will fall for distractions, fads, manipulation and other people's agendas.
This requires for you, every day to find the strength to stand up and fight to sustain and grow the elements of your business that will deliver on your vision. This requires consistently living on the edge of your comfort zone, sometimes doing things that you don’t really do, simply because they are what need to be done.
Your marriage to your Team
This is the messy human marriage. This is where you need to manage the needs and aspirations of your staff so that they feel valued, taken care of and are able to do their job effectively. This is where every day, you need to take responsibility for their well-being, to be their leader and their support….and their protector.
Your marriage to your marketing
This is also a messy human issue
Someone has to take charge of identifying your key clients and then going out and beating the drum..
Someone has to identify which markets are fading, which ones are on the move and which ones are ready for you to juimp on and ride like a surfer.
Your job is to nurture these three relationships and bring as much of your loving self to them as you can.
And with all 3 of these marriages, you set your intentions high and at the same time try to be willing to look at where you are messing up.
Send me an email to describe any more business marriages you can identify.
This is only the beginning. Get to know clarity. Email me, Mike Kennedy...
