The "Knower" Vs the "Learner".

In Jim Collin's new book: "How the Mighty Fall", he talks about five distinct signs that you might be in stage 1 of eminent decline, one of which notes the failure of leaders to:

"maintain a learning curve as steep as when they first began their careers."

He identifies two types of leaders, those who are knower's of how things work and those who are constant never ending learners.

So it heeds us all to keep on learning and remain disciplined and focused!
