The Chinese have two picture graphs to express the word "Change."

CRISIS / OPPORTUNITY

For them change is two things – Crisis and Opportunity. This makes their relationship to change totally different to our culture.

When change happens, watch the Chinese person looking for the opportunity!

And now Obama has spoken about America;

Unity of purpose over conflict and discord"
