In the craziness of the US Presidential Campaign, John McCain shows his strength as well as his committment to a well run country in his consession speech.
Notice how he is trying to guide his listeners through an emotional process, trying to change gear from the cut and thrust of an extremely divisive campaign, to unity and bipartisan support for the president.
Notice how he doesn't make the boo-ers wrong, he just keeps encourageing everyone to follow him through the emotional shift. Nice job John!
Notice also, how he shares his vision and his personal committment, inviting everyone to align.
When you consider what's at stake, it's imperative that a whole country makes that shift.
