"Choosing" your Current State.

Once you "Choose" your current state, (that is you take responsibility for what's happening and how you feel about it) then you can have a few options:
  1. You can choose to change what's happening
  2. You can choose to change how you feel about what's happening
  3. You can choose to create something new
  4. You can put your acknowledged choice as a thing of the past - eg: "I used to choose to feel like that and now I choose to feel like this."

All it takes is to acknowledge what is so and to "Choose" it.
