Banking Learning

You are learning all the time.

Education might happen in classrooms but learning happens every day of your life.

The lessons you learn sit in your subconscious mind, oftentimes inaccessible to your conscious mind.

And a lesson you can't recall has limited use for you in improving your performance, increasing your understanding and developing your wisdom.

That's why it's great for you to reflect on your learning's each day.

You go through the day, and ask yourself the question, "What did I learn from this?" You stop thinking and start listening to yourself for the answer. It will come.

....and when it does, write it down somewhere - a dedicated book would be great - I've been doing it in coffee bars for years and have a collection of scribbled upon paper napkins you wouldn't believe!

And when you do this, it's called "Banking Your Learning"

It raises your awareness of your learning to the conscious mind level.

It makes the wisdom available for later recall.

It makes you smarter when you bank your learning's!

And if you bank your Business Learning's - you are building your business intelligence!
