Leading from the Edge.

"You can't get up in front with a flag and make anyone go anywhere. You have to move to the edge, declare that the centre and let everyone reorganize the world around you."
Andy Warhol

.....just like setting goals that inspire you.

You move to the edge of your comfort zone and start from there.

That becomes your new centre. That is where you lead yourself from - living into your future.

The clarity of your goal generates urgency. (All the time you have lived your life in your comfort zone, your urgency is rendered numb and dead. Complacency and denial reign supreme in your comfort zone.)

The call of the leader is always delivered in an urgent tone.

The leader is always leading from the edge of their own comfort zone, stretching out beyond their comfort zone.

The clarity gives you urgency and the urgency gives you courage and brass balls.

So who are you?

What are you up for?

What can we count on you for?

The clarity gives you urgency, the urgency gives you courage and brass balls and that enables you to be strong and consistent.

...and when you are strong and consistent, you create results and generate new possibilities and you overcome obstacles that normally stop you in your tracks.

The clarity gives you urgency, the urgency gives you courage and brass balls, that enables you to be strong and consistent, so that you create results, new possibilities and allows you to eat obstacles for breakfast.

That's called Leading from the Edge.
