More on Slowing Down Time in the Coaching Context.

The coaching process s l o w s time down.

It's obvious to me that all sorts of strange time perceptions happen in a coaching session - you get to achieve more in an hour that you would usually achieve in your life, you get to examine yourself from other perspectives, you live in an extraordinary space of honesty and openness during that session.....

But all of this aside, you really do slow time down in a coaching session.

Not just because you are taking the hour out of a busy day - you just stop and climb into the process.....

And not just because you do a focusing exercise at the beginning of the session that puts all your cares and concerns aside....

Yes, you do slow time down to review your progress against your goals - you see yourself in action not only in regards to the week, but also in regards to the full term of the goal - still playing with time!

Yes, you do come up with amazing solutions, fantastic insights and cunning plans - only because your coach asks you for those things on a plate and they expect you to bring it forth. Some of those questions stop you dead in your tracks and sit you in the pool of pain until your incredible flash of brilliance arrives - as it always does! More playing with time - in this case - stopping time!

And there's more, as you know. In the coaching session all manner of things happen and it's sometimes really hard to explain to anyone just what did happen during the session!

The whole session is packed with time slowing/stopping and even future travelling techniques and processes.

So, the next time you are preparing for your coaching session, think about how you are going to slow time down so you can magically achieve more of the great stuff in your life, your business or your projects than ever you or anyone else imagined!
