More on Crucial Conversations

It's obvious to me that as humans,

we are doomed to failure in the areas of communicating

beyond knee-jerk, stimulous/response

chemical interactions,

if we are without skills.

Our relationships are locked into patterns, formed long ago,

that predict our every response, especially

when it's time to self destruct.

"Critcal Conversations" have those skills.

Simple really.

Yes, they are counter-intuitive, but they work.
