There is no "!" in COACH.

Yep, in coaching, you really leave yourself outside of the session.

Your main focus is your client, you leave behind any notion of self interest or personal expertise.

You hang in space, allowing your client to fill your reality, eager and curious to find out the way to their goals and dreams.

If you put yourself in the word with coach, it ceases to have any meaning....or any usefulness.

You end up like everyone else - giving well meaning advice.

Give it up.
