It's obvious really, isn't it?
You keep your word, your word starts to mean something, you start being able to shape your environment.
The excuses you used to love to give are like a sour gristly pith compared to the delicious fruit you continue to harvest when you discipline yourself to do whatever it takes........to keep your word.
He/She who dares, wins.
He/She who keeps their promises, no matter what, wins.
Why don't you try making yourself accountable to someone, simply to see what level of keeping your word you maintain.
