An essential Philosophical Assumption that allows you to be Coachable

It is simply this:

"You need to believe that things can improve from actions that you can take.

You need to embrace that you can make a difference in your own life, that you can indeed be the master of your own destiny."

If you don't embrace this, even as a possibility, then don't waste your time with a coach.

You are not Coachable.
