The Process of Grief

I've heard it takes around a year

of taking care of yourself, of being gentle and aware,

Of surrounding yourself with people who care.

It's a time of processing pain, of celebrating the holy - days you would have spent with your lost one(s).

After that, it starts to dissipate, you start to have more space to think and act with.

You start to realise that everyone and everything has a birth ....and a death,

....a beginning and an end.

Plants and animals do.

All of us certainly do.

So do rivers and causes and companies too.

Even stars in the sky are born and die.

Accepting this, opens another door in your heart and your mind,

Aligned with nature and reality, you do your thing with a new context born out of your experience with Grief.

This is only the beginning. Get to know clarity. Email me, Mike Kennedy...
