And if they do, the chances of achieving those objectives are much, much better.
But if they manage to think through their objectives and align them with their clearly defined Purpose.....
...and then structure their objective with:
- a clearly defined Performance
- the Conditions the objective needs to be achieved within
- and the Criteria of the acceptable performance of the objective,
