You know it’s great and wonderful and scary and all.

And that’s what makes it so easy to forget what it is, for you to actually do.

That’s why you forget, that’s why you drift and that’s why you get distracted.

Sometimes you simply need to have someone hear what you are really about.

Sometimes you just need to have that person support and encourage you to do it.

That’s okay.

I see that every day with the people I work with.
