Work/Life Balance

Is this a daily thing that you either have or don't have?

I don't think so.

Our lives are complex and our projects often require short, intense sharp bursts of time, attention and energy.  Rarely are we in a state of balance if we are chasing worthy dreams and aspirations

Is there in fact such a thing as work/life balance?

Not really.

I see it as a measure, a distinction that helps you manage your sprint periods with periods of rest and an overriding philosophy of regularly taking care of yourself.

Business owners need a holiday every 90 days or they lose their edge and start making un-resourceful decisions.

So do you.

This is only the beginning. Get to know clarity. Email me, Mike Kennedy...
