A Coach's Purpose is to Add Enormous Value.

 That's it.  Pure and simple.

And there are only special moments where the opportunity to add that value come along.

At that time, regardless of whether it's profitable or not, regardless of the time it takes....regardless of whatever you may be thinking at the time......

Regardless of whether it scares the hell out of you or not, regardless of whether you think you can make a difference or not....

This is the time that you jump in boots and all.

This is the time that you can add enormous value and this is all you have to do in this moment.

I know it's not a good business model, but it balances out in the long run.

The relationship you create, the trust you generate and the momentum you cause - you can't make these happen if you are thinking about your business plan and bottom line.
