When you read the following words, say the colour, not the word.

RED BLACK YELLOW
ORANGE BLUE PURPLE
GREEN BLUE BLACK
RED YELLOW ORANGE
YELLOW BLUE PURPLE
BLACK ORANGE RED
BLUE GREEN PURPLE
GREEN BLACK RED

That should do it.

Along with, shaving a different way every morning,
Applying your makeup a different way every morning,
Going a different route to work every day,
Doing different exercises each day....
