- Remember who you are. - Who you really are. The best place to be in a hurricane is right in the center - find your centre. Find your peace. Find your connection with whoever you think yo daddy is. Let your roots sink deep in your spiritual soil. Breath deeply, get your sleep and take care of your temple.
- List your Strengths - write a list of ten and then prioritise them down to the top five that will help you thrive in these uncertain times.
- List your Resources - personal, physical, financial, friendships, alliances, associations and connections. Lay them all out in front of you!
- List your Successes in past Challenging Times - remember what you did and who you had to be to overcome the challenges - write it down
- Face the Facts. Write down the current situation and challenges. Don't guild the lily - say it exactly how it is.
- Write the Outcome you Want out of you facing the challenges. Write it as it you have already achieved it - write it in present tense. Describe how you feel after achieving it - what you can see, what you can hear, touch, smell and taste
- Now list at least 5 things that you are going to do this week to make that happen.
Get out of fear, find your Clarity and launch your self into focused, effective action that propels you to your pleasurable end result.
