If you ain't generating change, you have to cope with change!

Amazing how you can be the victim of change - that is, you need to take time to adapt to your emotional reaction to change... In this state, you:
  • are focusing on activity related to maintaining the status quo
  • are usually not in motion towards achieving any goal
  • are stationary
  • don't see any benefit for you to accept the change

...and the difference when you are driving change in your life - living on the edge of your comfort zone, goal chasing or just stretching your limits with your thinking... In this state, you:
  • don't have to worry about the denial or resistance state - you are driving the change and making it happen and your eyes are on the pleasurable end result!
  • have a clear outcome for yourself for why change is necessary
  • have a mobile, flexible and open mindset
  • are in motion already and change is simply what you are doing

It appears to me that you actually avoid a lot of stress and the need to adapt to change, by driving change in your own life - what do you think?
