That's bad news if you are a great coach, a great technician, a great leader, a great speaker, a great cook or a great anything....
Because people who are great at anything, generally don't pay much attention to the economic engine.
Tony Robbins became the independantly wealthy inspirer of thousands, by first setting up a marketing & promotion company, getting it to a stage where he was being paid even when he wasn't doing anything and then getting the company to promote his seminars, products and talks.
He took care of the economic engine first.
What is your economic engine and what can you do to grow it and make it stronger?

Tuesday
The Education System.
Instead of standardisation, we need personalisation….
Instead of reform, we need it to transform…
Are our educators willing to entertain the thought that there are other ways to create success?

Nobody is anybody, if there is no-one to share with.
That's it.
You really need other people to share with.
A computer program just isn't the same.
I had a conversation about values with someone who has recently done a online audit of their values.
There is an extra magic that comes with having someone share the surprise of exploring and discovering your values.
Of having someone challenge you and question you....a computer just isn't the same.
How can you be someone if there is no-one to share with?

Tough Times in The States...
I heard about a Kiwi man who flew to San Francisco, who noticed a man shuffling papers in a cardboard box by a car outside of the hotel. He thought he was getting ready for a meeting.

He went out for a wine and when he came back, nothing had changed. The same man shuffling the same papers in the same box. Odd.
"My God" - he thought - "This guy is living in his car!"
There are now 14 million unemployed people in the USA.

How does that compare with New Zealand? We are doing great at this time - let's make sure we grow our businesses and our lives so we don't have to see people in our communities, living in their cars.

There but for the grace of God go us!
